When waste tyre as the raw material, the average oil output can be 45%, carbon black output 30%, steel wire output 15% and syngas 10%. So from the processing of our 10ton capacity waste pyrolysis plant, you can get 10tonx45%=4.5ton pyrolysis fuel oil, 10tonx30%=3ton carbon black, 10tonx15%=1.5ton steel wire and 10tonx10%=1ton syngas.
When waste rubber and oil sludge an the raw material, the oil output is between 35%-50%, carbon black output 30%-35% and syngas 20%-30%. From our 10ton capacity waste pyrolysis plant, you can get 10tonx35%-50%=3.5ton-5ton pyrolysis fuel oil, 10tonx30%-35%=3ton-3.5ton carbon black and 10tonx20%-30%=2ton-3ton syngas.
When waste plastic as the raw material, the oil output is between 20%-60% depending on different type of plastic, carbon black output 30%-50% and syngas about 10%-30%. Then from our 10ton capacity waste pyrolysis plant, you can get 10tonx20%-60%=2ton-6ton pyrolysis fuel oil, 10tonx30%-50%=3ton-5ton carbon black and 10tonx10%-30%=1ton-3ton syngas.
Final products of waste tire pyrolysis plant
