Pyrolysis of rubber tyre to oil means 100% recycling of waste rubber tyre ,all high valuable raw material are extracted smoothly,pyrolysis of waste rubber tyre to fuel oil can pyrolysis waste rubber tyre to 4 green products: tyre fuel oil ,carbon black ,steel wire and high caloric combustible gas,which can be used for generation electrical energy ,heat,steam,or hydrogen.

    Scrap rubber tyre are cleaned and placed or stacked inside the Reactor as whole tires, un-shredded.

    1.Reactor is placed inside Furnace, after evacuation process of oxygen, the thermal process starts.
   2. The rubber tyre pyrolysis process inside Reactor initiates at contents and will be Homogeneously heated.
    3.Than the depolymerization / degassing process runs 3-5 hours depending on the ingredients.
   4. During the rubber tyre recycling pyrolysis process the gas by-products are generated & flows through a special heat exchanger for hydrocarbons, it separates the pyrolysis gas from the oil, called condensation.
    3.The non-condensable pyrolysis gas will flow through a Gas-Scrubber for desulfurization and cleaning, like a special filtration and thereafter pumped in a Gas pressure tank for storage.
   4. From this pressurized Tank the Gas flows to a Generator for electrical energy generation, or alternatively is sold and pumped into a Gastank on a Truck.
    5.The condensable Hydrocarbon is collected as pyrolysis oil and available for filtration and than useable as heating oil, to generate power or Hydrogen production or making fresh carbon black.
    6.After the end of whole rubber tyre pyrolysis process, the reactor is removed from oven. A new batch is placed inside. Due to the modular design, a production plant can be built easely for any desired capacity.
   7. The pyrolyzed rubber tyre as composite batch (Carbon char and Steel wires), will be transfered to the discharge station where the steel is separated from the carbon char.
   8. The cleaned carbon char is now transfered via bucket conveyor to a Milling/Grinding section.
   9. After grinding process the CB will be transfered for finishing process to pelletizing equipment.
 10.   Finally the pelletized CB (pellets/granule) will be packaged into Jumbo bags or 20 kg sacks ready for selling and/or temporary storage.
   11. The entire work steps and processing is done without any harmful pollution to the environment.
