Except the crude fuel oil, the by products are carbon black and combustible gas. Carbon black could be directly sold directly to the market or mix with pulverized fuel ash used as fuel, or made into pellets directly used as heating fuel (carbon black has the heating value of 7000Kcal, as coal), or grinded into finer carbon black used as additives for rubber products. The combustible gas would be directly recycled to the furnace for heating the pyrolysis reactor directly, which could make full use of the energy and save fuel cost for the user of the waste plastic pyrolysis plant.
