Argentine Waste Recycling Company Expands into Waste Oil Refining with DOING ECO 3TPD Equipment

An Argentine waste recycling company has ordered a 3TPD new-style waste oil refining plant from DOING ECO to process locally sourced waste oil as part of its existing recycling business.

The order was confirmed on September 15, 2026, following an initial inquiry received through the DOING ECO Alibaba channel on April 15, 2026.

From Waste Collection to Further Processing

The Argentine customer operates a waste recycling business, collecting and purchasing waste materials from the local market. The company has access to locally available waste materials through its existing recycling activities. It is now looking at ways to process some of these materials further instead of only collecting and reselling them.

Waste oil refining equipment into non-standard diesel fuel

Waste oil was one of the materials considered for further processing.The customer decided to purchase waste oil refining equipment so that collected and purchased waste oil could go through an additional refining stage before further use or sale as a refined product.This led to the purchase of a 3TPD new-style waste oil refining plant from DOING ECO.

For the customer, this adds waste oil refining to its existing recycling activities without requiring an immediate expansion into a larger multi-feedstock processing system.The equipment will initially process waste oil purchased through the customer’s local waste recycling activities.

Technical Design Was Part of the Evaluation

The customer reviewed the waste oil refining process and equipment configuration during the technical discussions with DOING ECO.The ordered equipment uses a new-style solid-catalyst refining process. Waste oil is heated to generate oil vapor, which then enters the catalytic section for further treatment before fractionation and condensation.

The selected process does not use acid and caustic soda washing as part of the refining route. As a result, it does not generate the acid-alkali wastewater associated with that treatment method.

The Customer Also Reviewed the Manufacturer

Future Waste Processing Options

The current order is for waste oil refining, but the customer also reviewed other waste processing equipment offered by DOING ECO.During the discussions, the customer showed interest in pyrolysis equipment for processing plastic recovered from waste cables into oil.This is a possible future application and is not included in the current 3TPD refining equipment order. For the current project, the customer’s focus remains on putting the waste oil refining unit into operation.

The 3TPD waste oil refining plant has now entered production at DOING ECO.After manufacturing is completed, the waste oil refining equipment will be shipped to Argentina for the customer’s waste oil processing operation.
