In March 2026, Henan DOING Company successfully signed a cooperation agreement with a well-known steel mill client who is a local steel producer in Senegal that urgently needs a fuel alternative. The contract includes four sets of 15t pyrolysis units and one set of 14t pyrolysis oil refining unit, designed to produce high-quality non-standard diesel from waste tires.

1. Advanced pyrolysis machine: Four sets of 15-ton pyrolysis machines utilize advanced pyrolysis technology, specifically designed for waste tires. Combined with other equipments they can rapidly process tire rubber, achieving high-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis to produce high-purity pyrolysis oil, syngas, and carbon black, with an energy recovery rate exceeding 85%.

2. Economic value of pyrolysis oil: The tire pyrolysis oil produced by the used tire pyrolysis equipment has a calorific value as high as 42 MJ/kg, which can be directly used as fuel in the client's steel plant, helping to save on traditional fuel procurement costs, achieving self-sufficient energy recycling, and significantly improving overall production economics.

3. New type of distillation and refining machine: A 14-ton new-type tire pyrolysis oil refining distillation machine is our core product, independently developed. It integrates a catalytic refining module and an intelligent exhaust gas purification system, supporting precise oil-gas separation and tire pyrolysis oil impurity removal to improve fuel oil purity, making it particularly suitable for the production of high-quality non-standard diesel.
