The client is engaged in the chemical industry, with core businesses including waste engine oil and lubricating oil recycling, as well as comprehensive hazardous waste recycling of oil sludge and oil residue. During daily processing, the client generates a large amount of catalyst filter cakes, which contain 50-60% residual oil and are classified as hazardous waste. With the continuous increase in the amount of catalyst filter cakes, the client planned to adopt pyrolysis technology to recover the residual oil for reuse. Based on the feedstock characteristics, the two parties initially determined to adopt a batch pyrolysis machine scheme, with core customized designs including:

1. Pyrolysis Furnace Material: Selected 304 stainless steel with high temperature and corrosion resistance, which alleviates coking and wall sticking during catalyst filter cake pyrolysis, avoiding frequent furnace shutdowns for coking cleaning that affects production progress.

2. Built-in Decoking Device: Equipped with a dynamic scraping device to remove coking layers on the furnace wall, preventing excessive coking from affecting heat transfer and pyrolysis efficiency, reducing downtime for maintenance, and greatly improving oil sludge pyrolysis machine operation efficiency and service life.

In September 2024, after multiple rounds of confirmation, the client officially reached cooperation with DOING and placed an order. Adhering to strict quality control standards and production schedules, DOING completed the production of the entire set of batch catalyst filter cake pyrolysis recovery machine in March 2025. After quality inspection, inventory and packaging, the oil sludge pyrolysis machine was loaded and shipped from DOING factory to the client’s pyrolysis project site.
