In June 2026, DOING Company successfully signed a purchase contract with an India customer from Ethiopia. Under this agreement, DOING Company will supply a complete waste tyre recycling solution, which includes one set of 12TPD batch waste tyre pyrolysis plant, a supporting tyre cutting machine, a carbon black briquette machine, and other auxiliary devices.

The customer currently operates a timber and fuel trading business and has existing business operations in Ethiopia. To explore new market opportunities, the customer decided to develop this waste tyre pyrolysis project in Ethiopia. The core equipment for this project is the 12TPD batch waste tyre pyrolysis plant. With a processing capacity of 12 tons of waste tyres per day, this plant is suitable for medium-scale industrial applications.

The pyrolysis plant utilizes high-temperature thermal pyrolysis technology in an oxygen-free environment to decompose waste tyres into pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and steel wire.

"Batch-type" refers to the equipment's mode of operation, characterized by processing in discrete batches—including feeding, pyrolysis, and discharging—followed by necessary shutdowns for inspection and maintenance upon the completion of each batch, offering a high degree of operational flexibility.

The final products obtained from the pyrolysis process possess distinct resource values:

Pyrolysis Oil: Can be utilized directly as an industrial heating fuel such as a substitute fuel for boilers in cement plants, steel mills, and smelters..

Carbon Black: Can be further processed for use in rubber or plastic product manufacturing.

Steel Wire: Can be recycled directly as scrap steel.

Combustible gas: Can be reused as part of the heating fuel during plant operation.

Tyre Cutting Machine: This machine is used for the preprocessing stage to cut whole waste tyres into smaller pieces. This pretreatment improves feeding efficiency and contributes to a more uniform pyrolysis reaction inside the reactor.

Carbon Black Briquette Machine: This device is used to compress the fine carbon black powder discharged from the reactor into solid briquettes.
