1. Preparation Work

Fast heating system: Using circulating heat transfer oil and fuel for heating at the same time can not only save fuel but also speed up the distillation speed.

And the circulation system of cooling water also needs to be prepared.

2. Heating distillation reactor

The distillation reactor is heated by heat transfer oil and burner to distill oil gas from used oils. The whole distillation process is divided into three stages. In the third stage, the distilled oil will be catalytically treated to make the oil gas cleaner.

3. Oil gas cooling

The oil gas is condensed into liquid fuel through the condensation system (vertical condenser, horizontal condenser). The remaining gas is the non-condensable gas. After being treated by the exhaust gas purification system, it is returned to the distillation reactor as fuel for continued combustion, saving costs.

4. Decolorization and filtration

The condensed oil is purified by the decolorization and filtration system to become bright diesel, which is directly collected and stored.

5. Flue gas treatment

The gas generated during combustion is treated by the flue gas purification system to be discharged as gas that meets national emission standards.

Diesel--high purity, few impurities, bright color, can be used for heavy machinery, generators, boilers, trucks and ships, etc; generally, it’s not suggested to use it directly in cars.
