Congratulations to the 12T/D pyrolysis plant to recycle plastic successfully running in India now. This machine was installed under the guidance of our engineer and tested to be put into normal operation.
The India customer is from Puna,  currently operating a paper mill, he bought our pyrolysis plant to recycle plastic is mainly used to dispose of the paper-mill waste.
From the pyrolysis plant to recycle plastic, the final products are fuel oil, carbon black and combustive gas. The ratio of each product depends on the type of waste plastic. Because the oil content of different waste plastics is different, the oil yield is also different.
Because the scraps processed by customers are wastes that are very headaches for many paper mills, the pyrolysis plant to recycle plastic  would be a very good solution.According to this customer’s condition, we analyzed the profitability of our customers as follows:

The customer can get 7.2 tons of fuel oil, 3.8 tons of carbon black and 0.24 tons of combustible gas with 12-ton paper-mill waste.According to the current conservative valuation of fuel oil in the market, one ton is 364 US dollars, 7.2 tons of fuel can earn $ 2621.
The obtained 3.8 tons of carbon black can be sold directly or refined into a mill. Their income is different.
The combustible gas will be recycled and reused by the pyrolysis plant to recycle plastic for heating as the fuel in the reactor, saving energy and environmental protection.
