How long does it take to build a waste oil refinery plant?

Our waste oil refinery plant has various processing capacities ranging from 1ton to 50ton per day, among which 5ton and 10ton capacity are most popular with customers. Normally it will take at least 3months for our foreign customer to build a 5ton capacity waste oil refinery plant and 4months for the 10ton capacity plant since the day we got his enquiry.

Take our 5ton capacity waste oil refinery plant for example, the machine lead time is around 30days, delivery and customs declaration about 7days, time for shipping & customs clearance ranges from 30 to 60days. When the waste oil refinery plant is taken to customer’s factory, we will send our engineer there for guiding the machine installation, doing the commissioning and training work, which will take above 30days. So before the 5ton capacity waste oil refinery plant is put into production, it will take at least 3 months’ time for our customer to build it . So if you are going to build a waste oil refinery plant outside China, it is better to make a good project plan, putting machine shipping, customs clearance as well as installation time into consideration. For e.g., if you are planning to run the waste oil refinery plant in October, then you are supposed to start the order confirmation at least 3months in advance.
