Waste plastic convert to diesel oil process machine includes two process. One is waste plastic pyrolysis process for processing waste plastic to crude fuel oil. The other one is oil distillation process for refining crude plastic pyrolysis oil to diesel fuel.

Waste plastic convert to crude fuel oil process is achieved through the thermal cracking technology, which we also call it "pyrolysis". Plastic pyrolysis is a thermo decomposition of plastic polymer, since waste plastics are long chain polymers containing more than 50,000 carbon atoms attached to each other in a cross linked or straight chain.During high temperature processing, this long chain( C-50,000 to C-2,00,000) is broken down into smaller chain (C-1 to C-4 & C-5 to C-23). Among which, C5-C23 is oil got from long chain plastic polymer. The plastic pyrolysis oil product could be directly used as heavy heating fuel oil in industrial factories for boiler use, or further refined by the oil distillation machine to clean diesel fuel. Except the crude fuel oil, the by products are carbon black and combustible gas. Carbon black could be directly sold directly to the market or mix with pulverized fuel ash used as fuel, or made into pellets directly used as heating fuel (carbon black has the heating value of 7000Kcal, as coal), or grinded into finer carbon black used as additives for rubber products. The combustible gas would be directly recycled to the furnace for heating the pyrolysis reactor directly, which could make full use of the energy and save fuel cost for the user of the waste plastic pyrolysis plant.

Waste plastic pyrolysis oil convert to diesel oil process is acomplished through a distillation technology, which is widely known as oil refining process.The whole crude plastic pyrolysis oil convert to diesel oil process include distillation, decolorization and deodorization. The crude plastic pyrolysis oil would be firstly distilled to light oil, then go through the decolorization and deodorization process to be removed heavy color and smell. The final diesel product could be used as clean diesel fuel for heating, or used in heavy machinery, like trucks, tractors, etc. The residue from the distillation process is a kind of heavy sludge, which has the similar funtion like asphalt. So it usually could be sold for road construction or further refining. Or you could put the heavy oil sludge to waste plastic pyrolysis plant for fully oil extraction.
