How to make diesel from plastic waste?

1.Adopting waste plastic pyrolysis plant and distillation plant

The plastic waste to diesel production process is that using a pyrolysis plant to turn waste plastic into pyrolysis oil/fuel oil, which is used primarily as heating fuel. Further refining the plastic pyrolysis oil into diesel with the distillation plant. After this process, high quality refined diesel oil is obtained.

After distillation, the final product is mainly around 85-90% diesel oil and approximately 10% asphalt, and the remaining proportion of non-condensable syngas is directly recycled as furnace heating material. It can be said to be 100% utilization, no waste.

2.Adopting waste plastic to diesel and gasoline integrated machine

The waste plastic to diesel and gasoline integrated machine is mainly used to deal with waste plastics, which is equivalent to the combination of pyrolysis and distillation technology. And the integrated machine has a PLC automatic control design. It is a high degree of automation and high utilization of the product.

The following picture is the waste plastic to diesel and gasoline integrated machine ordered by our Canadian customer, using mixed plastic as raw material. The products we can obtained are mostly gasoline, some diesel and less heavy oil as shown below.
