This video mainly demonstrates one of the operational stages of a fully automatic tire pyrolysis plant for a Chinese client: how carbon black recovered from tire/rubber powder pyrolysis process is unloaded.

In fact, the lower end of the fixed section of the continuous pyrolysis reactor is connected to a three-stage slag discharge auger. When the fully automatic continuous waste tire pyrolysis machine continues thermal pyrolysis process for about 3-4 hours, the rotary propeller in the reactor outputs the carbon black. The slag discharge systemis wrapped with a condensate(full oil cooling water) at its outer end, allowing for simultaneous slag discharge and cooling.

After heat exchange through a three-stage slag discharging system, the carbon black reaches near-room temperature and can be directly packaged.

The yield of tyre pyrolysis carbon black recovered from fully automatic tire pyrolysis plant is approximately 35%, meaning that over 350 kg of carbon black can be extracted from one ton of tires. Carbon black byproducts have high utilization value, and the profit margin is significant after further processing. Pyrolysis carbon black can be briquetized and burned for industrial heating; its calorific value is comparable to coal, making it a direct coal substitute. Alternatively, it can be finely ground into semi-reinforcing carbon blacks such as N550, N660, and N774, used as additives in pigments and rubber products.
