Nowadays, disused tyres disposal becomes a very current topic as many problems caused by tyres pile will explode sooner or later. The most noticeable problem associated with large tyre piles is the fire hazard they present. Once a tyre pile catches fire, it is very hard to extinguish. In some instances, tyre piles have been burning for several months with the black fumes being visible for many miles. Diseases such as encephalitis and dengue fever have also been reported around scrap tyre piles, particularly in areas with warmer climates which are an ideal breeding ground for disease-carrying mosquitoes

This fuel oil product is a kind of crude fuel oil, which can be used for industrial heating used in any fuel needed industrial factories, such as cement plant, steel mill, glass factory, brick factory, boiler used factory, etc. Or can be refined to diesel, directly used in diesel burners, generators, heavy trucks, agricultural machinery, and mix with normal diesel used for cars.
Carbon black produced from this waste tire to fuel oil pyrolysis plant is crude powdery material, which can be directly sold to cement factory mix with cement. Or made into briquettes used for heating, just like coal. Or grinded into fine powder used for making paint and printing ink.
