If all plastic waste enters the landfill, it will certainly be mined in the future, but currently all plastic waste will not enter the landfill. The United Nations estimates that four-fifths of the world’s oceans’ accumulated waste is plastic accounts. The specific process for the conversion of waste plastic to fuel oil is as follows:

1. The collected plastic waste is fed into the reactor through an automatic feeder and heat-treated.
2. When the temperature rises to about 200 degrees, oil gas would come out from the machine.
3. After the initial buffering of the oil and gas in the buffer tank, the oil and gas enters the condensing system and is liquefied into heavy oil and falls into the oil tank.
4. The carbon black produced during the combustion process is automatically discharged through the underground sealing channel when the reactor is cooled to below 40 degrees to avoid secondary pollution to the environment.

By convertion waste plastic into fuel oil, the final fuel yield is 45-50%, the carbon black yield is 30%, the steel wire yield is 15%(If the raw material is waste tyre), and there are about 5-10% combustible gas.

The conversion of waste plastic to fuel oil was an incredible thing in the past, but now technology is very mature, and the conversion of waste plastic into fuel oil and other reusable materials is a very meaningful thing to the environment and we human being.

1. Fuel oil: Fuel oil is widely used in ship boiler fuels, furnace fuels, metallurgical furnaces, and other industrial furnace fuels. 2. Carbon black: It is mainly used  as heating fuel or additives for paint or rubber products production after refining. 3. Steel wire: It is mainly sold to the waste recycling station, or the steel mill for re-melting and making new steel products again.
4. Combustible gas: It will be recycled by the equipment and used again for the heating fuel in the reactor, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
